Low Ngai Yuen
Managing Director
Low Ngai Yuen is the Managing Director of AEON360, driving AEON group’s integrated membership, data intelligence and digital as customer-first innovation. She was previously Chief Merchandise & Marketing Officer of AEON Co. (M) Bhd., where she led commercial strategy across the retail giant. She is also the President of Persatuan Kakiseni and founder of WOMEN:girls, an NGO established in 2013 to empower women and inspire girls to achieve their potential. She serves on the board of OCK Group Berhad, a public-listed telecommunications, network services, and renewable energy company. She also was a Board Director of GDEX Berhad from November 2018 to 2025, bringing over six years of strategic oversight to the listed last-mile courier company. Her most recent film, Orang Itu, was released on Netflix in 2021. Yuen also sits on the Pahang Economic Advisory Council (2024/25); is the Deputy Chair of the National Cultural Council (MAKEN, 2025/27); and is part of the Steering Committee of the 30% Club Malaysia.
