Retail Store Tours are expert-led, highly curated, time efficient guided walking tours of cutting-edge stores, lasting up to two hours per tour.

The tours allow people to get behind the scenes to collect valuable insights on the latest tech, store designs, employee training, and best practices. Programs are created for retailers and designed to deliver impactful unique experiences for each location.

What will I learn?

Learn the eight habits of successful retail: human touch, use of technology, store design, brand story, employee training, safety, adaptation to change, and a unique value proposition.

What will the tour look like?

Each guided tour is led by a retail industry expert who will take retailers to several carefully selected stores at an iconic shopping destination. At each store, an administrator will speak about the features, innovations, store design experience, customer service enhancements and brand stories at that location.

On our first stop you will meet the team from DORS at Design Orchard. This is a vibrant retail destination at the heart of Orchard Road, Showcasing over 80 of Singapore’s finest designers. Our next stops will include visits to experiential stores by the world’s most iconic sport brands.

•    How malls create retail entertainment experiences to encourage footfall and longer stays
•    What stores do to reward in-person mall visits by patrons, from partnerships with other brands in-venue to working with mall management on promotions & visibility
