• When is NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific?

  NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific will be held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre in Singapore from 11 – 13 June 2024. The Opening Party at the Marina Bay Sands is on the evening of 10 June 2024 and is open to those holding the Conference All-Access Pass. The Expo and Conference kicks off on the morning of 11 June 2024.

• How can I get an Invite Visa Letter?

  You can start planning your interview as soon as possible depending on the information provided by the Singapore’s Consulate in your country.

  Request your letter of invitation and make your appointment for a visa interview early. Wait times for a visa interview can be several weeks or more in many countries, especially during peak travel periods. With this in mind, you are strongly urged to place your request for a letter of invitation to attend NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific as soon as possible.

• How can I register to attend?

  Online registration is open from Dec 2023 onwards. Meanwhile, you can register your interest here to inquire about conference tickets to NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific.

• How much does it cost to register for NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific?

  For international retailers that are not part of a team see below:

  • Retail Full Conference Pass: USD 1499 without discount or promo codes.
  • Retail Expo Only Pass: FREE

  For International Non-Retail companies that are not exhibiting:

  • Non-Retail Full Conference Pass: USD 2000 before 1 March 2024. (in groups of 5 within the same organisation); USD 2,500 for individuals.
  • Non-Retail Expo Only Pass: USD 2,500 ( inclusive of full access to the conference)

• What’s included?

• Sending an International Retail Team of 10+?

  We offer exclusive discounts for retail teams of 10 or more retailers. Retail Teams above 20 will enjoy a preferential rate.

  Interpretation is provided.
  Portable systems and interpretation services are available at a preferential rate for groups purchasing full conference passes.
  Please note that portable systems, external translators and/or interpretation services from outside vendors will not be permitted. 
  Cancellations and refunds
  International Retail Teams and Individual Registrations: All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation requests received on or before 30 March 2024, will receive a full refund. No refunds for requests received after 30 March 2024, regardless of when the registration is received. For cancellations, please contact speak to our team for more information.

• How many attendees are you expecting?

  Approximately 5000+ attendees.

• How many exhibiting companies are expected to attend?

  Approximately  300+ exhibitors from across the region

• Are group hotel packages available?

  Hotel Reservations: For discounted hotel reservations, NRF is introducing an option for a-la-carte and all-inclusive international group packages (room, breakfast, porterage, taxes, gratuities, and help desk). For more information about booking international housing, please book directly via our official travel provider, Burnaby Solutions or speak to our team. 
  *Important reminder:
  Burnaby Solutions is the only official hotel provider endorsed by NRF 2024: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific. If you are contacted by any other company offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and is not protected by event management.

  
  Retail Store Tours
  There are a variety of guided store tours available. Whether you want to visit individual stores or the newest & and most innovative malls, you have the option during the registration process. Space is limited. Store tour details will be available on the event website starting from December 2023.

  
  Expo Tours
  These are an excellent way to network with retailers as you are guided through the Expo to find new solutions that best fit your business needs.  Expo tour details will be available on the event website starting from end March 2024.
