With nearly 100% of her career devoted to bringing new ideas to life and optimising them for razor-sharp success metrics, she has established herself as a force in product innovation and scale.
Her journey includes pivotal roles at some of SEA’s most prominent startups, including Mindvalley, Lazada, and iPrice, where she worked on transforming early-beta, bootstrap-stage products into mature, high-performing platforms. In recent years, May joined ZALORA, where she built a Product Growth, Experimentation, and Analytics business unit entirely from scratch.
Now, as the newly appointed Global Onsite Growth Lead at Castlery, May is driving large-scale conversion rate optimisation efforts to ensure the Castlery shopping experience remains nothing short of best-in-class.
