An accomplished expert in strategy and investment, she possesses extensive experience as an analyst and investment professional at leading domestic/international asset management firms and hedge funds, including Samsung Asset Management and Shinhan BNP Paribas. Additionally, she has accumulated significant global business expertise through her tenure at CJ Group.

Since joining CJ Olive Young in 2020, she has played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s foundational global business framework, successfully laying the groundwork for its international expansion. In her current capacity, she has made a substantial contribution to Olive Young’s sustained double-digit growth by identifying key business agendas, systematizing strategic

infrastructure, and developing enterprise-wide strategies to enhance competitiveness across both domestic and global beauty markets.
