Prior to her COO role at Starbucks Indonesia (PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia as the official licensee), Lirya held pivotal leadership roles at esteemed organizations including (Media & Telco First Media and Bolt, Samsung Electronics, APL Zuellig Pharma, The Coca-Cola Company, and Philip Morris International. Her extensive experience has honed her insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and cutting-edge technologies, empowering her to orchestrate impactful marketing stunts and team management.
As COO PT Sari Coffee Indonesia, Lirya has played a pivotal role in steering Starbucks to prestigious accolades, including the Global Brand Award 2022 for Leading Multinational Coffee Brand in Indonesia, the Top Brand Award 2022 in Coffee Brand, and clinching five categories in the Marketing Excellence Award for the ‘Coffeemezation’ and ‘Say It with Starbucks’ campaigns. Notably, her leadership facilitated a remarkable collaboration with Kreaby, a creative studio for autistic artists, resulting in stunning merchandise. Starbucks Indonesia has also won as the Highest Engagement Award in CRM around Asia Pacific Starbucks Market. Under her guidance, Starbucks Indonesia has ascended to the 6th position among the Top 10 Most Engaging Retail Food Brand Accounts on Instagram, as per Social Bakers' data on worldwide retail food brand Instagram accounts.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, Lirya has leveraged her academic background to excel in her industry. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin, she bridges cultural divides effortlessly. A connoisseur of Iced Americano and an avid fan of Starbucks Bali Batur Volcano whole bean coffee, Lirya finds solace in sports such as golf, running, cycling, and tennis, as well as exploring the world with her twin daughters.
