Fetty Kwartati is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of experience across retail, finance, corporate governance, investment management, and business development. She is widely recognized for her strategic leadership, transformation capabilities, and strong commitment to building sustainable and competitive organizations in Indonesia.

Throughout her career, Fetty has held key leadership roles in prominent national companies. She served as CEO and Director of Retail at PT Sarinah, where she led major business and cultural transformation initiatives, strengthening Sarinah’s position as Indonesia’s iconic retail brand. Her leadership focused on revitalizing customer experience, empowering local brands and UMKM, and expanding Indonesian products to both domestic and international markets.

Prior to that, Fetty spent over 15 years with PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP Group), holding multiple strategic roles including Director of Investor Relations, Corporate Secretary, VP of Sustainability and Treasury, VP Head of Gift Voucher Business, and General Manager of Human Resources. In these roles, she was responsible for corporate governance, investor relations, treasury management, human capital strategy, and business expansion across MAP’s diverse portfolio.

Her earlier career includes roles in banking, risk management, and asset restructuring at institutions such as PT Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia and Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Nasional (BPPN), where she contributed to national financial recovery efforts.

Currently, Fetty serves as Director of PT PADL Sport Indonesia, where she leads the development of padel as a sport and lifestyle ecosystem, focusing on sustainable growth, community building, and business expansion across multiple locations.

Fetty holds an MBA in Finance from California State University, professional training in International Business from UCLA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tarumanagara University. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Management Science at Tarumanagara University.
