Commercial Executive with 20+ years’ experience leading growth strategy, digital platforms, and marketplace transformation across Australia’s largest retail businesses.

As Managing Director at Woolworths MarketPlus, I lead the Group’s end-to-end 3P retail strategy, overseeing business priorities, platform growth, commercial models, and enablement across Woolworths, Big W, Everyday Rewards and MyDeal.

My work spans marketplace design, go-to-market strategy, partner development and monetisation, with a focus on building high-performing teams and aligning cross-functional efforts to unlock commercial and customer value. I lead the teams responsible for trading two of our key propositions, Woolworths 3P range extension (Everyday Market) and Everyday Rewards Shop, and oversee our strategy and data function, helping drive enterprise-wide decisions and surface new opportunities through insight and tooling.

Prior to this, I was part of the founding team at Cartology, where I built the commercial function from the ground up, integrated acquisitions and helped scale revenue significantly through digital and omni-channel media strategy.

I’m energised by shaping new business models, solving complex commercial problems and creating sustainable growth across physical and digital ecosystems.
