Sapna Chadha is a Vice President at Google, leading business growth, strategy, and operations across Southeast Asia and the South Asia Frontier. She has over 25 years of global experience in management, business, and marketing.

Sapna is passionate about harnessing the power of technology, especially AI, to drive transformative growth and create an inclusive digital economy across this dynamic region. She is focused on empowering businesses to adopt AI solutions, unlocking new levels of productivity and innovation. Beyond evangelizing the digital economy's potential in Southeast Asia, Sapna has played an influential role in shaping the region's digital landscape over the past decade. Her dedicated commitment and focus have been instrumental in unlocking the true potential of Southeast Asian and South Asian countries, as evidenced by the findings of the e-Conomy SEA report, which highlights the region's remarkable digital progress.

Before her current role, she led as VP Marketing and was responsible for marketing for all of Google’s products including YouTube, Search, Pixel, and more across India and Southeast Asia. Since joining Google in 2014, Sapna has held various leadership positions, championing Google's mission to provide helpful products and services in multiple geographies including India.

Prior to Google, she honed her expertise at Deloitte as a management consultant in

the US and held senior management roles at American Express in both the US and India. Her experience there spanned product development and management, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy. Her career has consistently focused on the intersection of technology and business to drive positive change.

A dedicated champion for #womenintech, Sapna believes in inspiring and enabling more women to pursue careers in the technology sector. She is a recipient of Campaign Asia's Women Leading Change Award and has been recognized as one of Asia Pacific's Most Influential and Purposeful Marketers.

Sapna holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She

currently resides in Singapore with her family.
