I run technology and digital businesses for Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures — one of the Philippines' largest F&B groups — covering enterprise, store, and consumer-facing technologies across 350+ stores and 2,000+ kiosks for Shakey's, Potato Corner, and Peri-Peri.

My scope includes IT operations, software engineering, product, data, cybersecurity, delivery, and loyalty — 100+ people and ₱5B in revenue supported.

My background is business first — Unilever brand management, co-founding three restaurant concepts that grew 10x in 3 years, and running operations as COO of a startup that won the Philippine Start-up World Cup. I moved into technology because I wanted to build the things I kept asking other people to build. That combination — knowing what the business needs and knowing how to deliver it — is what I bring to this role.

Currently driving a "Legacy to Legendary" transformation — cloud optimization, AI and automation roadmap, store and enterprise system modernization, and net-new capabilities in cybersecurity and data governance.
