Justin Henderson is a highly experienced executive with over 37 years in the Retail industry. He has held numerous leadership positions within the Woolworths Group, spanning various portfolios including Operations, Operational Support, Supply Chain, and for the past two decades, Replenishment.

Justin's passion for innovation, mathematics, and retail led to him being part of the Group's founding team responsible for designing and implementing its inaugural automated Replenishment program/system.

In his current role as the Director of Group Replenishment, his team is responsible for the forecasting and replenishment of over 1400 supermarkets across Australia and New Zealand, as well as more than 1700 sites for the Endeavour Drinks Group.

Justin serves as the executive sponsor leading the integration of RELEX into the Group Replenishment team's suite of applications.
