With more than 30 years of international experience across the US, EMEA and APAC, leading major transformation and integration programs, her breadth of industry leadership, commercial acumen, and operational management expertise sets her apart from traditional management consulting executives.

Cath is an active member of KPMG’s Global Consumer & Retail Leadership team. She brings deep expertise which spans across end to end operating model design, enterprise wide technology enablement, post merger integration, organisational redesign, shared service establishment, and large scale workforce transformation.

Cath has delivered major outcomes for clients including designing and implementing a multi function Target Operating Model for a national chemical manufacturer’s S/4HANA and SuccessFactors deployment, as well as Restructuring an ASX listed FMCG organisation post acquisition, delivering ~$20M in synergy value through a shift to a brand-aligned operating model.
